It can be a difficult decision making the choice to find therapy. This is a time for healing and building and when you make a choice to start this journey we can work together to achieve this. I help clients manage their mental health through real life stressors. If you are feeling angry all the time, having difficulties getting out of bed in the morning, feeling so anxious you can't move , thoughts of self-harm, urges to use, low self esteem, having difficulty adjusting to life's stressors, unsure of life's direction or are having challenges in relationships of any kind I am here to help.
I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Positive Psychology, Solution Focused therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), as well as Interpersonal Communication Techniques . Collaboratively we will be able to match you to what type of therapy will suit you and teach you tangible skills to utilize
During our first session we will talk about what makes you who you are, not just your presenting problem, and with this information we will collaboratively determine what we can work on making you an active participant in your improving life.
