About
I work with clients from age 12 to age 65. I prefer to work with one client at a time, but see two clients occasionally (parent/child or partners). I can accommodate three, but I am not a family therapist. I am a good listener, and am direct with questions.
I specialize in trauma, mood disorders, and marital issues. Screenings for anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, and PTSD. Family of origin issues processed so that they no longer interfere with adult lives.PTSD recovery, managing mood disorders, and learning to communicate with spouses and family members.
Understanding irrational behaviors and interrupting the negative side effects of strong feelings which can be personally destructive.
