I specialize in sex addiction, betrayal trauma, codependency, self-worth, and grief. My approach is trauma-informed, spiritually aware, and grounded in evidence-based practices like CBT, EMDR, and psychodynamic therapy. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore what’s holding you back and help you move forward.
