I often see people struggling with anxiety, OCD, depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem, or just dealing with the stress of life. I am also a Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional.
I tend to use what will benefit you the most. I try to balance listening to your struggle with teaching skills and using techniques that help you make the changes you want to see in your life. I use exposure therapy and CBT for anxiety and OCD.
