Im Sarah, the owner of Curious Cat.
I sincerely enjoy working with people who are doing their best to become who they want to be in this world.
I have extensive expertise working with and being part of the LGBTQIA2S+ community, working with people experiencing life transitions, and exploring and implementing values with my clients. I provide gender affirming care.
I have training in psychodynamic and CBT approaches. I have several years of experience using the modalities mentioned below. I have experience working with people from many backgrounds, experiences, and cultures. I am not able to diagnose ADHD or ASD, but I have worked with numerous neurodivergent clients and celebrate what we offer the world.
It takes a lot of courage to be who you are in the world, perhaps today more than ever. I try to be my real self with my clients, and to stay curious. I bring humor, pop culture, philosophy, a deep dive into your family/personal lore, and a willingness and desire to talk politics to the session. Im so excited to get to know you!
