I am a family therapist currently working with individual adults. From a family systems perspective, when one person changes, the dynamics of the partner, peer, work or parent/child relationship changes. I am also accepting children ages 5 to 10 with anxiety for play and family therapy.
I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for all clients. The goal of therapy is to instill hope and to create positive change. Sandtray therapy (optional) is utilized for clients of all ages wanting to incorporate a brain-body approach to their counseling experience. Daytime hours only.
