Reaching out for help is never easy, so taking that first step is brave and to be commended. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and walks of life. I have experience working with adolescents to adults as well as those struggling with grief, addiction, life adjustments, and first responders and their families.
I use a collaborative and caring approach. I will not do the work for you, but will walk beside you as we navigate your specific needs and goals. I have training in many avenues, but my preferred specialties are Nature Play Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Person Centered Therapy.
