I am a licensed clinical social worker who practices psychocentered body therapy. I am a certified Somatic Experience Practitioner as well as a certified Gestalt Therapist.I also practice brain spotting. I specialize with clients who have experienced trauma, grief and loss as well as ADHD. I work with clients who have generalized anxiety disorders as well as depression and those who have experienced trauma due to medical, sexual abuse, physical abuse, PTSD, and chronic pain and auto accidents. The population I serve is adolescents, adults and couples.

I have been a Somatic Experience Practitioner since 2006 and a certified Gestalt Therapist since 1997 and practicing brain spotting since 2011. When a client comes to my office I meet them where they are and help them explore their feelings and how it manifests in their body sensation.
