Communicating with your partner can be a real struggle. You wonder, Will I ever stop feeling like I have to walk on eggshells with my partner? My mission is to help people who are caught in the terrible cycle of fighting, shutting down, and retreating to transform their relationship into one filled with joy and happiness.

I support and coach couples through the use of renowned methods developed by top leaders in couples counseling. I am a Gestalt therapist trained and work with couples using a method that integrates Attachment Theory, Differentiation principles and Neuroscience in a specific model designed to improve diagnosis and treatment for couples.

Finding the right therapist is sometimes a tough. When choosing a couples counselor it is vital your counselor has specialized couples counseling training. I have specialized training in Couples Counseling beyond my masters. l have completed Level I, Level II, and am in Master Mentoring with Ellyn Bader who co-created the Developmental Couples Therapy.
