Hi there, glad to see you taking the first step towards finding a therapist. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of NJ and PA. I am also a telehealth provider in the state of Florida. I am a certified Trauma-Focused CBT therapist and a certified EMDR therapist. I have worked as an outpatient and inpatient therapist, assisting individuals with the process of transitioning back to an independent life. I also have worked as a family-based therapist for over two years and have helped families heal and reconnect with each other by using appropriate interventions and cultural awareness.

Rachel works with adults who are seeking help for trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, Women’s issues, and life transitions. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Lock Haven University and received her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Arcadia University.
