Whether that be an adolescent in high school preparing for college, an individual in college struggling to decide their major, or a parent navigating their child moving out or wanting to change careers. All of these experiences can lead to increased anxiety or lack of satisfaction within your life which can lead to feelings of depression.
I help clients identify their fears, triggers and stressors that are holding them back from living a more fulfilling life. I utilize CBT and incorporate a Strengths Based approach to empower clients and assist with creating the road map to achieving their goals. I provide psycho-education and assist with developing healthy coping skills.
