Do you want to take back control from the problems you feel are ruling your life? These things are achievable when therapy includes the two most important aspects of successful treatment: hope and an authentic connection with an empathetic therapist who sees, accepts and validates the true you. I work with both individuals and couples, doing both standard psychotherapy and EMDR.
I offer individualized treatment using an intentionally eclectic approach based on the needs and personality of each client. My style is collaborative yet directive, and incorporates client feedback during each step. I use humor and warmth to create a safe, growth enhancing therapeutic environment. I also now offer EMDR to treat trauma, PTSD and C-PTSD.
My intention is to provide trauma-informed, culturally sensitive care that is mindful of the role of privilege/power within the therapeutic relationship. I am LGBTQ+ affirming, kink and poly-aware and have experience in the field of addiction.
