I am currently accepting new clients at this time. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor. I have 16 years of experience providing outpatient treatment for individuals of all ages. I specialize in a variety of issues including sexual, physical and emotional abuse, PTSD, LGBTQ+, sexual disorders, depression, anxiety and personality disorders. I have worked previously as a counselor at Safe Harbor Behavioral Health. Previous to Safe Harbor, I worked for Family Services in the Community Abuse Response Team where I counseled both adult and child survivors of sexual abuse.
While at Safe Harbor I worked with individuals living with Schizophrenia, Bipolar DO, PTSD, Domestic Violence, Sexual, Physical and Emotional Abuse, Depression, Anxiety, Borderline Personality Disorder, and LGBTQ youth and adults. While at Family Services, I counseled survivors of sexual abuse and trauma.
I use a variety of techniques : Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma - Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness.
