Whether you are facing stress and adversity or seeking help with personal growth, your mental health is your strongest ally in moving forward. Through creating a supportive and understanding therapeutic relationship, I will help you face the challenges that you are experiencing, identify clear and attainable goals for yourself, and improve your life and relationships with others. I have worked extensively with clients from all ages, including families and couples, and am trained in several evidence-based treatment modalities, which I incorporate in my practice as needed.
I received my doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology at Adelphi University, NY, and completed a pre-doctoral internship at Kings County Hospital. I trained at two post-doctoral fellowships, one specializing in military and trauma psychology at Northwell Health, and the other focusing on the treatment on anxiety, panic, and mood disorders.
I specialize in treating a variety of traumas, including childhood trauma, domestic violence, combat trauma, as well as anxiety, panic, depression, and adjustment problems. My approach is integrative, collaborative, and focused on creating safety. For more information, please visit my website: www.TraumaProfessionals.com
