Then, using a blend of mind-body and cognitive-behavioral techniques, we explore your thoughts and how they shape the way you feel and behave. We also develop new patterns of thought and behaviors to create the way you want your life to be. Lifestyle behaviors such as diet, exercise, self-care and social interaction also come into play as they shape the whole person.
I partner best with individuals, couples and teens to address areas in life where they have become stuck. Stress management and communication skill building is always a part of our work. I have been a psychotherapist for over 20 years and a personal coach for over 30 years. I combine compassion with a focus on creating the change clients want to see.
