As a Clinician of 20+ years I have expertise in the treatment of Generalized Anxiety, Depression, Trauma and Grief/Loss. I can support and help you cope through your challenges. I am an eclectic practioner and I incorporate evidence-based, strength based individualized client-centered approach with all clients. I can assist couples cope with conflict resolution and offer tools and support when making tough decision or I can help young adults explore career choices, identity issues, cope with social presssure or adjustment issues.
I am able to offer services in Spanish if requested. It's important not only to speak the language but to identify with your struggles. I can relate to my client in a authentic fashion while being culturally sensitive to their needs. I will assist you as you move from stress to well being.
