I know it can feel like a challenge to ask for help - I know because I've done it myself. You understand that in order to make change, you've got to work through some layers of your mind that can be inhibiting your growth. I'm a trauma focused therapist, emphasizing the importance of mind-body healing as core to the work that we will do. I am experienced in working with PTSD, depression, anxiety, self-image issues, eating disorders, childhood abuse/neglect, and family issues. *I'm a first generation Asian American woman supporting others who are finding their voice!*

Mindful Ecotherapy Group for Mental Health
Collaborative InSights offers a low cost community mental health support group at The Urban Farm at Aldersgate once a month. This support group is open to anyone who: experiences anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and other mood disorders, Is looking for a connection to nature and it's healing powers, and wants to be in community with others who are looking for support.
