You’ve spent much of your life trying to overcome the residual effects of overwhelming childhood experiences. Of course you’ve tried the popular coping skills and read the self-help books, yet even with the personal growth you’ve done, your past keeps finding ways to sneak back up! As a survivor of childhood trauma and parental narcissism, I can very much relate! My career has been dedicated to helping clients make sense of and heal from the complex experiences of childhood while learning how to deal with dysfunctional family dynamics still prevalent in present day.
I'm an attachment-informed trauma therapist and narcissistic abuse specialist. My practice specializes in supporting adult children of narcissistic parents and survivors of childhood trauma and dysfunctional family dynamics. Using AEDP we can untangle complicated emotions, undo shaming beliefs, and replace ways of coping that may no longer be serving you.
Healing is more than just coping with symptoms, it’s about tending to those wounded parts of yourself that have carried the weight of the past on their own for so long. I know the courage it's taking to trust another person with those tender places that you've kept safely hidden away! I am proudly gay-identifying, sex-positive, and LGBTQ+ and ENM affirming.
