Hi, I am a LCSW accepting new clients for in-home, virtual and telephonic sessions.. I accept patients state wide. I have been very effective in working with an array of issues, including anxiety/depression, bi-polar disorder, anger management, grief/loss, trauma, and elder issues/concerns. I can provide life and career coaching, as well as health issues and end of life services. Some of my treatment modalities include CBT, DBT, Narrative, Solution Based, Strength Based, and client-centered therapy.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families. I enjoy partnering with clients to problem solve and support them through difficult times. I think it is important to look at each individual's environmental, physical and emotional health when formulating a treatment plan, and I work to provide practical strategies to help both the individual and their family.

I have close to 25 years of experience as a therapist, clinical supervisor and social worker. After all of these years, I remain 100% motivated in assisting my clients with getting them to where they want to be their in lives. I have had a very interesting and diverse career serving families, adolescents/children and couples in various settings. My extensive experience, training, and skill sets help my clients achieve their treatment goals which leads them to having healthier and happier lives. Also, I was previously in the military and love working with that population and their families.

I believe strongly that clients come in all different shapes and sizes and from different walks of life. Therefore, I do not have an ideal client, as my wish is to help anyone who needs it regardless of their experiences, needs, and goals. Jane has a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology. Prior to starting in the mental health field 6 years ago, Jane spent 27 years working in long term care and ran grief and loss and caregiver support groups. Jane also has experience working with the special needs population and has an adult son with Autism so she has personal experience advocating for this population and an understanding of the challenges faced by this population and their families.
