Amy is a licensed clinical social worker in Rhode Island. Her approach to healing is client centered, strengths based, and holistic. Amy believes that everyone is a conduit to their own healing and already know what they need to move forward on a path to self-love and wellness. She has extensive history assisting children and adults in healing trauma, recognizing and shifting unhealthy patterns, learning healthy coping skills and building on individual strengths in an effort to encourage emotional, psychological and physical resiliency. My treatment approach will match the clients need and comfort level. Two of the unique types of therapy I offer are Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) & Sand Tray Therapy; these modalities will be offered once in office sessions resume.
