I employ EMDR to help individuals (children and adults) move beyond past trauma and access the brains desire to heal old wounds. I also offer Sandplay as a useful tool for children, adults and families, encouraging healing through insight and connection.
I believe the relationship you develop with your therapist is one of the most important parts of the therapy process. I provide a supportive therapeutic environment that is comfortable, safe and conducive to personal growth, for clients of all ages.
