Have you or your child been experiencing burdensome anxiety, worry, panic, or obsessive thoughts and behaviors? My practice, Princeton Cognitive Therapy, offers cognitive behavioral therapy for anxiety and/or OCD in children, adolescents and adults. I've also authored "Helping Your Anxious Teen," a parenting guide for teen worry, social anxiety, perfectionism, panic and stress. With 29 years of experience and a warm collaborative approach, I teach ways to successfully diminish anxious thoughts and behaviors one manageable step at a time.
My training in cognitive-behavior therapy is extensive and uses Exposure/Response Prevention (ERP) along with other evidence-based techniques. I graduated from the foremost OCD training program and was closely mentored by the nation's OCD experts. For kids and teens I engage with and guide parents on how to best help their child.
Anxious thoughts and behaviors are distressing and have a huge negative impact on daily life. My therapeutic approach offers a roadmap to gently guide you or your child towards meaningful change and often quicker than expected relief. For more information call (609) 750-1247 or visit www.princetoncognitivetherapy.com I offer day, evening and weekend hours.
