An openness to the idea of new possibilities is the heart of the therapeutic alliance I seek to build with my clients. Inner Clarity, LLC is a group private practice comprised of professionals with varying areas of specialization. Our main goal is to provide a warm, inviting, and relaxing environment for our clients to engage in individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy with a professional who is skilled in meeting their clinical needs. We are an out-of-network provider and would be happy to verify benefits prior to starting services. Our office is able to bill out of network directly, so patients are only responsible for coinsurance at the time of service after deductible is met, and any balance outside of what insurance covers.

LIFE PSYCHOTHERAPY is a private psychotherapy practice offering counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, elderly, couples, families, and groups. Since each person is unique, the approach to therapy is unique as well, combining existential philosophy with cognitive behavioral tools. The outcome empowers a person to feel empowered to take concrete actions in order to change or cope with their current level of distress, and achieve success in improving his/her life. Along with Psychotherapy we provide a variety of psycho-educational workshops to enhance personal growth and development without any stigma attached to psychotherapy.

A majority of the people I work vary in what they know about themselves from just knowing somethings and wanting to fix it to others being forced by a friend, family member or just some stranger that passed along my name to someone. I am experienced in treating children, adolescents, teenagers, young adults, and their families who present with a variety of social, emotional, and behavioral difficulties. My goal is to offer support and empowerment throughout the treatment process to help clients achieve their goals. Together we will develop an individualized plan to help explore personal experiences and implement strategies to navigate life challenges more effectively. I believe that being authentic and empathetic are fundamental to developing a meaningful, therapeutic relationship.

My practice is dedicated to anxiety disorders with emphasis on OCD and OCD Related disorders. As such, approximately 85-90% of the clients that I am currently treating have this diagnosis. I have treated a significant amount of individuals and families who have been afflicted with the aforementioned challenges. This includes in an office setting, out in the community, and in the homes of the client. I'm up-to-date on the latest treatments. I treat clients on the Autism Spectrum, in all capacities (anxiety related and otherwise.) I also provide clinical supervision to other therapists on how to effectively treat their own clients.

We will establish clear, concise goals for what you wish to achieve by participating in therapy, along with the steps which we will take,as a team,to help you achieve those goals. We will work only at a pace at which you are comfortable & which will always remain flexible for adjustments. You remain the driver at all times. I routinely refer to myself as “a support tool for you to utilize, providing you new sets of lenses to view your world through, a set of listening ears & similar to an umbrella on a rainy day.” It is up to you to remember to open your umbrella & to try out your new tool set during your personal journey of change.

Accepting new clients! Dr. Jeff’s wide range of clinical experience entails adolescents, adults, and elderly clients. While pursuing his doctorate in clinical psychology, he completed an externship at the Rutgers College Counseling Center where he worked with college students and spent two years at the National Institute for the Psychotherapies in New York City where he received psychoanalytic training and supervision in individual psychodynamic psychotherapy. Jeff is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has a permit to practice psychology in NJ.

I am a seasoned social worker and psychotherapist who has consistently demonstrated my passion for making a positive impact. I have a strong background in providing therapeutic services to diverse populations, specializing in adolescents, adults, and families. My work extends across various settings, including private practice, residential facilities, and community organizations.
