Welcome! We provide psychotherapy to clients from NJ, MA, CT, and NY. Our clients come from diverse background with a wide range of concerns such as depression, anxiety, anger management, parenting problems, career challenges, self-esteem/confidence issues, intellectual/developmental disabilities, Asperger/autism spectrum disorder, attention deficient, Trauma/PTSD, oppositional behaviors, and immigration/acculturation/adjustment issues. Our Goal is to create a safe, open, and non-judgmental environmental for our clients to be heard, supported, and motivated. Our multi-cultural therapists speaks many different languages.

I am a trained and experienced therapist in relational psychoanalysis as well as traumatology. I was part of bringing these two together some decades ago. In addition I understand eating problems and body image distortion. My professional writing covers these areas. I work with hypnosis, guided visualization and the body, as well as sharing a deepening conversation about you. I want to meet you right there with curiosity, warmth, growing empathy and care. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Rutgers University and a Master's Degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. With over 8 years of experience in the mental health field, I have accumulated skills suited for working with a wide variety of clients, but I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, eating disorders, and substance use.
