As a trauma-informed, board-certified art therapist, I have helped many clients challenged by ptsd, anxiety, depression & other mental health concerns. With emdr & art therapy, we can uncover limiting, blocked negative beliefs and create new positive pathways to help clients to reach their goals and live a more authentic life.
