I am a licensed clinical social worker with a private psychotherapy practice in Maplewood, New Jersey. I have extensive experience working with adults, adolescents, families and couples. I believe in building a caring and trusting relationship with all of my clients in order to collaboratively empower them to make healthy life changes. My goal is to form a partnership for change and to equip my clients with the necessary tools to help avoid future challenges. I am excited to share I just added a new offering to my practice called Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in partnership with an organization called Journey Clinical.
My practice provides comprehensive clinical services that ensure individual needs are met. My goal is to help clients learn skills necessary to continue their own growth toward emotional health. I use collaboration to identify unhealthy patterns and strengths to work with each client toward an individualized plan for lasting change.
I have extensive experience with adoptive families. I have training and experience providing emotionally focused therapy counseling to couples. My work has also involved a great deal of experience with individuals suffering from anxiety related issues and depression due to life transitions such as divorce, grief or job loss.
