I am a Certified Gottman Couples Therapist. There is a path to having a fulfilling and successful relationship and 40 years of research done by the Gottman Institute to validate the process. In the individual sessions, I work from a strength based perspective and proceed through the therapeutic process using Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral tools.
