My objective is to guide you toward your own answers by bringing awareness to the thoughts and emotional patterns that get you stuck & how your system responds in those moments. With this newfound awareness, we will work together to develop new skills to help you get unstuck and discover what it means to Be You!
My unique training and experience make me different than the traditional therapist. Being trained in somatic experiencing, gestalt, and primal therapy, my approach focuses on total body awareness and expression. Our thoughts and feelings are not just in the mind but reside in our bodies. If not released they manifest in unwanted ways.
