I have close to 25 years of experience as a therapist, clinical supervisor and social worker. After all of these years, I remain 100% motivated in assisting my clients with getting them to where they want to be their in lives. I have had a very interesting and diverse career serving families, adolescents/children and couples in various settings. My extensive experience, training, and skill sets help my clients achieve their treatment goals which leads them to having healthier and happier lives. Also, I was previously in the military and love working with that population and their families.

I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in group and individual settings. Many youth are feeling the impact of the political atmosphere, and extreme transitions of their social and personal identities. The Growth Network, LLC was founded by Dr. Schenike Massie Lambert in pursuit of her vision of establishing a network of professionals and community members who work together to create spaces that are trauma informed and responsive to every aspect of culture. It is through counseling, mentoring, teaching, consulting, and advocacy that The Growth Network intends to create spaces where growth for all people is possible.

Good day to you! My educational background is in Clinical Psychology and Counseling Psychology with a Post Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis. I began my career in providing behavioral and mental healthcare services in 2004. Since that time, I have devoted myself to helping youth, adolescents, and adults address neurodiverse needs. In June of 2016, I founded Beautiful Minds to meet the mental and behavioral health needs of youth, families, and adults living in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

I work with clients of all backgrounds. I want you to know that my work is my passion. Clients have described me as energetic, genuine, relatable,and effective. My goal is to help each client find focus, clarity, healing, and fulfillment in their lives. My extensive clinical experience prepared me to help individuals understand and address a wide range of emotional issues and past trauma that may trigger current symptoms such as stress, anxiety, depression, or low self esteem. I will work with my clients, utilizing a client centered and strength based approach. I provide highly personalized, caring, and solution focused care.

Jane has a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology. Prior to starting in the mental health field 6 years ago, Jane spent 27 years working in long term care and ran grief and loss and caregiver support groups. Jane also has experience working with the special needs population and has an adult son with Autism so she has personal experience advocating for this population and an understanding of the challenges faced by this population and their families.
