As an experienced cognitive behavioral therapist, my approach is strengths-based and solution-focused. I work with ages 18 and older in the following areas: depression, anxiety disorders, phobias, grief/loss, PTSD/trauma, abuse, self-esteem, stress and anger management, substance abuse, cultural/racial issues, and relationship issues.
