It takes a lot of courage and commitment to look for a therapist for your family or your child, so first of all, it is wonderful you have gotten this far. The families and children I see are resilient and wanting things to improve, which means different things to each of them, and I'm here to help figure out how to do that. I aim to do the same with you, to work collaboratively with you and your child/family to find out what would really work at home and in your everyday lives.

I started an online mental health practice called Ray of Light Wellness in 2017. The practice has expanded into a group practice. I am excited to announce that Ray of Light Wellness LLC will finally be able to take new clients again with the help of more clinicians assisting me! My mission has been to provide effective, accessible, and affordable services. I am licensed in MA, RI, and CT. The practice currently meet with adult clients 18 & over. We are a multiethnic and multiracial group practice that centralizes care for BIPoC and LGBTQIA+ communities. Clients who come to us are working though life challenges related to their identities. They are often in a process of self-exploration, working to make sense of their place and identity in the world where they are made to feel like "the other" and have been marginalized, traumatized, and blatantly microaggressed. We recognize the importance of finding providers who get it, from a shared and lived experience. Everyone will eventually come upon an issue that they are struggling to process. Whether it is addiction, loss, depression, anxiety, trauma or recently being diagnosed with a serious illness, we all sometimes need the help of a professional to navigate personal challenges in life.
