I enjoy assisting adolescent and adult women who are struggling with issues related to self-esteem, anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, body image, trauma, sexual assault survivors, grief, and relationship issues. I provide client-centered therapy and believe that successful treatment begins with building a strong client-therapist relationship. From this secure base, I can support you in working through pain towards growth and change. No one is born knowing how to regulate their emotions, and most of us who are adults now were never actually taught, we just did our best to figure it out, and now we're trying to pass on the skill to small, emotionally volatile people with half-baked nervous systems.
