I have been in practice for over 25 years and after all these years I remain as passionate about my chosen profession as I did when I first began; perhaps even more so. Since 1991, I have worked with many individuals helping them to overcome fears, resolve interpersonal conflicts, understand themselves, identify and avoid negative life patterns and overall personal growth. I especially enjoy working with couples in helping them to understand and improve their relationships.
I have a special interest in working with relationships where there has been infidelity and/or ongoing sexual and emotional intimacy difficulties. I also work extensively with those individuals who have experienced sexual trauma in helping them to navigate sexual intimacy.
My years of experience, insight, flexibility and passion for what I do allow me to quickly assess a problem and provide direction and support in helping clients achieve the changes they want and need in a warm and comfortable environment. I can also use EMDR and hypnotherapy to facilitate healing and change.

Groups
Children's Art Expression
Small group format (up to 5) school-aged children to engage using art and creative art projects to enhance self-expression, increase self-confidence, build social skills, and decrease feelings of anxiety, isolation, and social awkwardness. The cost of $40 is the rate when paid out of pocket. Insurance may cover in which co-pay may be less. The group is run by a certified art coach specializing in working with children.
