Hello! My name is Sarah Palmer and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia. I focus on developing a warm, safe environment to encourage the processing of difficult or traumatic experiences while allowing for healing in a holistic manner and assisting the client in gaining the coping skills necessary to increase their feeling of resiliency. I have focused my training and experience on working with those who are dealing with trauma and/or those who healing from traumatic life experiences.

Although our title can be misleading, Marriage and Family Therapists are trained and equipped to work with any combination of clients, including individuals, couples, and full family units. We hold a core belief that many issues in life are influenced by relational dynamics. At each client’s desired pace, addressing those dynamics directly can present an opportunity for deeper understanding, connection, and improved interaction with the people who mean the most to them.
