As a certified Brainspotting (BSP) therapist with extensive training, I can help you identify, process, and release emotional and physical sources of trauma, both big and small. BSP is an excellent tool for performance enhancement as well.

Often I work with teens, college students or adults who are experiencing depression, social anxiety, transition, or grief. My clients are often isolated and lacking strong social connections, either by choice or because they feel rejected. For my clients, I try to center my work around logic, common sense and a supportive, trusting relationship. Many people find relief in just being able to tell someone what they're thinking without judgement.

My goal is to help you live a Happy, Healthy and Successful life based on your own definition of success. For some, it is work-life balance, for others it is career advancement, reducing Social Anxiety, or doing better in school. However you define it, you and I will work together to develop a treatment plan that will set you on the right course towards achieving your goals.

Celeste has a holistic & systemic approach to therapy with the goal of helping clients achieve mental and physical wellness. She believes strongly in incorporating the client’s beliefs, value systems, and cultural identity into therapy. Celeste received her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a certificate in Marriage & Family Therapy from Richmont Graduate University. Celeste has also pursued training through the Gottman Institute and Prepare/Enrich to facilitate her work with couples. Additionally, Celeste is trained in EMDR, a therapeutic technique designed to help people struggling to process trauma.

Within 2–7 sessions, negative images, sensations and symptoms can be reduced allowing you to obtain immediate relief from the silent suffering you’ve been enduring. You’ll be treated professionally with compassion and empathy on your journey to wellbeing. I also specialize in working with Addiction and am the Clinical Director for Emerge Healing Center, a substance abuse and trauma focused intensive outpatient program. At the center of my specialities, I focus on working with couples and use a Gottman and EFT approach.

Children, teens and families are our passion and describe our ideal clientele. Your parenting instincts tell you something has changed with your child. You wonder is it something with school, friends, or a stressor that you have no idea about. Perhaps, your family unit has gone through major change or loss. Your desire is to have your child be back to their best self. You've tried everything you can think of in your parenting arsenal; long talks, together time, consequences and for some reason the issue is still there. As parents we don't always have all the answers and it is ok to reach out for help!

Welcome! My practice is open during early EVENING hours to accommodate after school schedules. I have been fortunate to have 19 years of counseling experience in both the school setting and the private sector, working with children ranging in ages 5-18, adults, and with families. While working with children and adolescents, I believe that the family dynamic is an extremely important part of the therapeutic process, and will often involve parents and siblings in therapy when it is helpful. I also work with parents who need support with parenting help in many different scenarios (toddlers to teens).

Throughout my career, I have dedicated my practice to serving adults, adolescents, and families who identify as queer and/or transgender/non-binary. In addition, I also provide play therapy services to children (5-10 years-old) and their families who are experiencing emotional and behavioral regulation concerns. It is my philosophy that we are never too young or too old to begin our journey through growth, healing, and self-discovery. Using therapeutic practices that are centered around mind-body connections and trauma informed care, I would love to be a part of you or your child's journey towards wellness.

Holly is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia. She works with adults and specializes in trauma. Other areas of experience include anxiety, depression, OCD, family of origin issues, faith struggles and codependency. Holly received her undergraduate degree from Corban College in Psychology and her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grace College and Seminary. Holly is certified in Brainspotting and is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. She has been trained in Emotion Focused Therapy for marriage counseling and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) for anxiety and OCD.
