Welcome! My practice is open during early EVENING hours to accommodate after school schedules. I have been fortunate to have 19 years of counseling experience in both the school setting and the private sector, working with children ranging in ages 5-18, adults, and with families. While working with children and adolescents, I believe that the family dynamic is an extremely important part of the therapeutic process, and will often involve parents and siblings in therapy when it is helpful. I also work with parents who need support with parenting help in many different scenarios (toddlers to teens).

They require compassionate support, validation, and guidance to navigate through the intricate layers of their grief and trauma. Their goals involve finding a path toward healing and restoration.

I work with adult women that are looking to take the first step in their emotional healing journey. I also work with women that are in, or are considering, a life transition. Additionally, I work with women who are experiencing anxiety and depression, or may be struggling with other life issues that feel overwhelming.

Children, teens and families are our passion and describe our ideal clientele. Your parenting instincts tell you something has changed with your child. She believes strongly in incorporating the client’s beliefs, value systems, and cultural identity into therapy. Celeste received her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a certificate in Marriage & Family Therapy from Richmont Graduate University. Celeste has also pursued training through the Gottman Institute and Prepare/Enrich to facilitate her work with couples. Additionally, Celeste is trained in EMDR, a therapeutic technique designed to help people struggling to process trauma.
