As a clinician at Counsel Connections (formerly named Thriveworks Counseling), it is my goal to help clients find hope, healing and wholeness. I specialize in working with women who have trauma/abuse/PTSD histories. Anxiety and depression are major focuses of the work I do. Additionally, I specialize in the adoption field, serving birth mothers/families, adoptive families, and adoptees.
I am a licensed clinical social worker, with over 25 years of experience in the psychotherapy field. I have received certification as a Rhode Island DCYF Sexual Abuse Expert, as well certification as a House of Hope Christian Counselor.
As a trauma therapist, I recognize that seeking therapy can be a challenging step to take. I want you to know that here at Counsel Connections you will be treated with compassion, respect and kindness. Your privacy and confidentiality is important to us. I welcome the opportunity to partner with you in your healing.
