I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, EMDR trained and a Certified Yoga Instructor with over 15 years experience. I specialize in treating trauma recovery, PTSD, anxiety and depression. I incorporate my Yoga Instruction as a means of assisting in the healing process. Progressive relaxation techniques used in Yoga practices have been a proven tool for overcoming feelings of anxiety, managing anger, elevating mood, increasing ability to focus / pay attention and increasing self-worth.
