Sometimes it's time to make a change and deepen our understanding of ourselves and others. Therapy can be quite helpful in this process through providing a safe, non-judgmental relationship from which to grow. I look forward to meeting you. I've been in private practice since 1986. I work with adults, couples, adolescents, 16 years old and up. It's important for you to know that you are not alone in this journey of growth and healing.
I have worked with those who have experienced trauma, the effects of family dysfunction, grief, depression, and anxiety. I utilize Psychodynamic theory, Cognitive Behavioral theory and Brain Spotting in my work.
I will help you with each step you make on your road to a better, stronger, healthier you. I have over 35 years of experience. Your change can begin after you call.
