I work with adults, couples, adolescents, 16 years old and up. It's important for you to know that you are not alone in this journey of growth and healing.
I have worked with those who have experienced trauma, the effects of family dysfunction, grief, depression,and anxiety. I utilize Psychodynamic theory, Cognitive Behavioral theory and Brain Spotting in my work.
