Hello there! My name is Rosy Gumbs and I am passionate about women’s mental health. I have a background in school counseling and have worked in private practice for 2 years. I have now transitioned to help women who feel overwhelmed and confused as they go through challenging life transitions from starting a career, childbirth, fertility challenges, and grief and loss. I am most passionate about working with women who feel like they are “not good enough” and dealing with burnout professionally and personally.

I also help adults identify childhood trauma causing them to feel stuck and struggle in their relationships and attachments. I enjoy coaching parents and caregivers to develop and enhance the emotional connection with their children.
