I am a licensed clinical social worker who treats individuals and couples coping with emotional distress, mental health disorders or interpersonal conflict. I specialize in treating depressive and anxiety disorders with an emphasis on mindfulness and behavioral coping skills. I help individuals find acceptance and relief from pain through supportive interventions. I have extensive experience helping adults, couples and families in outpatient settings. I have assisted individuals with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and trauma. I have completed numerous trainings in mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, attachment, trauma, and have completed level II in Gottman Couples Therapy.

I have a Master's Degree in Social Work from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey and a Bachelor's Degree in English and Art from Brown University. I am also a member of the National Association of Social Workers.
