Hello, my name is Lynne Welsh and I am the Founder of Welsh Therapy. Our therapists work with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder), ODD(oppositional defiant disorder), ASD(autistic spectrum disorder), eating disorders, adolescent/young adults online gambling addiction, adoption trauma and mental health symptoms from concussions or TBIs. Our practice also has a psychologist who conducts evaluations for ADHD, ASD, and full comprehensive evaluations. Our practice has partnered with PS Psychiatry for our clients who request medication to assist with their mental health issues.

Our practice works with children, adolescents, young adults and their parents separately and together to get to the root of what is causing the mental health issues. Parent support is a key component to our treatment model. Our therapists utilize DBT, CBT, EFT, and talk therapy in their work with clients each day.
