As we search for healing, peace, & contentment, we must believe in the power of cultivation. Cultivation is the process of being diligent, committed, invested, consistent, and patient towards a goal. Cultivation Counseling strives to do just that- to be intentionally invested and committed to mental health for our clients. We hope to inspire our clients to grow at their own pace, and to experience the transformation that cultivation can bring.
My approach to therapy is based in Existential Therapy, or logotherapy. Existentialism focuses on purpose and meaning in life. It is often paired with techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, as well as, CBT. My therapy style is warm, genuine, and I always strive to provide a safe and judgement free space for my clients.
