My therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT). CBT aims to identify patterns of thinking, emotional responses, or behaviors that negatively impact daily living and replace them. Working together, you will learn what thoughts/situations contribute and be supported in making the changes you want to see in your life.
I work with individuals, couples, and families. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space welcoming to all backgrounds to process whatever in life you may be facing.
