For most clients, my therapeutic philosophy is "less is more." In my work with adults and children, my goal is to help clients get back on their feet as quickly as possible, and then be available when they want to "check in." In my previous career, I worked for a Boston-based asset management firm. That experience helps me appreciate the uniqueness of women making life transitions, and relate to men who typically would "never go to therapy."
