My goal as a therapist is to support my clients in identifying strengths and developing coping skills in order to move toward positive change. I have experience and specialties in helping adolescents, young adults and adults. I use creativity and warmth to help my clients manage their depression, anxiety, trauma, social relationships, work life stressors, peer conflict and developmental challenges, especially Autism spectrum disorders.
I use a variety of methods such as CBT, psycho education, skills building and goal setting to help my clients improve their symptoms, relationships and lives. I enjoy taking time to build rapport in order to foster a safe, comfortable environment. I love working with high school and college students, and young adults as they transition into adulthood.
