Our mental health is essential to care for when family, careers, physical health, money, or livelihood are at stake. We often look at others and think "I want what they have". We see what we want to see. Doing this quite often takes a lot of energy and can leave you feeling anxious, depressed, and angry. I am a therapist because I firmly believe that every person should have one place they can go to not be judged and feel confident that the person in the therapist chair is going to help them see future hope and options.
