About
We are living in a time of uncertainty which can create feelings of anxiety, isolation, sadness, or instability. Throughout our lives we have difficult moments that may stay with us. Where you are now, where you came from, how you are treated, all influence thoughts, feelings, and functioning. I support women through the healing process by meeting them where they are and engaging their strengths. I work with individuals around perinatal mental health challenges, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, trauma, low self-esteem, and life stage adjustment.
There are times when you may need support to walk through hard moments and tap into your abilities. We all have innate skills to handle many difficulties that life brings our way. My supportive, interactive, practice utilizes an individualized blended approach of EMDR, Cognitive-Behavioral, Interpersonal, and Gestalt therapies.
In a safe, supportive environment we will work to identify unhelpful patterns and create new ways of thinking to improve emotions, perceptions, or challenges that may be impeding you from living an essentially better life. We'll have some fun too. Let's get started. Contact me via EMAIL or visit The Counseling Center for Women webpage for an appointment.
