Hello there, my name is Ian. I am currently an outpatient clinician, licensed in Connecticut with nearly ten years’ experience working as a therapist/mental health counselor across a variety of settings: hospital, skilled nursing, assisted living and outpatient, as well as home and school-based services.

Jessica Allard is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, groups, and families within community, school, mental health agency, and telemedicine settings. She enjoys helping people struggling with concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, life stressors, interpersonal conflicts, and she enjoys working with individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community. She combines aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic, and Solution-focused therapy in her work with clients.

She believes that we all have a responsibility to make the life we want regardless of our circumstances, and with encouragement and acceptance, we can all be empowered to change. Jennifer has received her Master of Arts in Psychology and her Master of Science in Community Mental Health Counseling from Southern Connecticut State University.

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker who is a passionate and empathetic individual. I am looking to help you in your journey throughout life. I use cognitive behavioral therapy informed interventions to allow people to empower themselves everyday. Life involves change and challenges that may seem as though they feel too heavy to go through alone or without guidance. I am a safe space to face these challenges with and to explore different paths to take, in order to reach the light at the end of the tunnel with strength.

During these challenging times we know it can be difficult to cope with unexpected and daily stressors so we are here to help! We have several therapists that offer clinical services to children, adolescents and adults both individually and/or family based.
