Over our lifetime we learn behaviors and beliefs that were rewarded or were necessary for acceptance at home, work, school or anyplace we interacted with others. We may carry these (mostly unconscious) beliefs and behaviors with us even though they may be unhelpful and/or destructive. They may show up in intimate relationships, friendships, work or other places that impact our quality of life. Working together we identify counterproductive beliefs and behaviors and replace them with beliefs and behaviors that support the adult you want to be.
